The couple exchanged vows in an understated outdoor ceremony with the ocean serving as a breathtaking backdrop. Following the ceremony, the couple made an epic entrance to their reception, arriving by boat adorned with a charming “Just Married” flag — the perfect nod to Maine’s nautical allure.

The reception took place inside the Boothbay Harbor Shipyard, a venue known for its rustic charm, historic character, and unparalleled waterfront views. The space, with its tall peaked ceilings and exposed wooden beams, was elevated with our stylish wedding lighting and draping. We strung lighting throughout the venue to accentuate its height and architectural beauty. Large white paper lanterns added texture and visual interest, while soft white draping provided a refined touch to the open, industrial space.

Paired with long reception tables draped in white linens, the lighting design created a chic yet minimal aesthetic. The understated decor allowed the venue’s natural beauty to shine while maintaining an elevated, stylish feel for the celebration.
