Modern capiz light fixtures for seaside summer wedding at the edge
Will and Ella’s seaside summer wedding at The Edge Maine that featured our capiz light fixtures was nothing short of breathtaking. Designed by Landfall Designs and captured beautifully by James Anderson, this celebration combined coastal charm with modern elegance.
The day began with an outdoor ceremony set against sweeping views of the Maine coastline. A semicircle of lush florals framed the couple as they exchanged vows on an overcast late June afternoon. The bridal party, dressed in satin gowns of yellow, purple, blue, pink, and green, added a vibrant yet subtle touch that carried seamlessly into the reception design.
Following a stunning newlywed photo session along the coast in their vintage convertible, the couple joined their guests for a cocktail hour before heading into the reception tent. Inside, our Capiz Honeycomb and Scalloped light fixtures took center stage, suspended elegantly above the tables. Their clean, modern forms brought a refined glow to the space and perfectly complemented the subtle coastal color palette. Neutral tones, light wood accents, and delicate textures were paired with blue glassware, coral-patterned napkins, and soft pink florals.
The evening unfolded beneath the soft glow of the tent, with live music by Flipside Boston, heartfelt toasts, and a bride who danced the night away in her chic second look.
