With Marrero Events at the helm of the wedding design, the celebration was filled with breathtaking floral moments, glowing accents, and stunning custom details that blended seamlessly with the coastal beauty of Bar Harbor.

Arya and Logan’s journey, which began with a chance meeting on Hinge, transformed into a love story rooted in mutual respect and support—culminating in a magical wedding day that honored their personal journey.
The wedding ceremony took place in the Stotesbury Ballroom at the Bar Harbor Club, where florals and customized details set the tone for a romantic and elegant celebration. Our custom white ceremony runner led the way down the aisle, creating a crisp, clean canvas for the couple’s heartfelt vows. White Chiavari chairs lined both sides of the aisle, framing the path perfectly and creating a bright, classic aesthetic.
Behind the couple stood a beautifully draped backdrop, and at the front of the ceremony space, a lush floral arch framed Arya and Logan as they exchanged their vows. Every design detail was carefully curated to reflect the couple’s romantic yet timeless style, setting the stage for a ceremony filled with emotional moments.
Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktail hour outside on the Bar Harbor Club’s scenic patio. A welcoming space was designed where guests could mingle under the coastal sky. Lush florals adorned the entrance, while signature drinks—including the Yale-inspired “Boozy Bulldog” and the Princeton-themed “Tipsy Tiger”—added a playful touch to the celebration. The Indian food station, a nod to Arya’s family heritage, offered her grandfather’s favorite samosas, giving guests a meaningful and delicious experience.
The reception, held in a stunning clear-top tent on the club’s lawn, was the heart of the celebration. The design combined baby blue, white, and natural wood tones to create a romantic and airy atmosphere. Guests entered the tent through an archway bursting with lush flowers, which set the stage for what awaited inside—a space that felt both elegant and inviting.
The reception tables offered a blend of long, family-style layouts and round tables, each draped in a light blue patterned linen that perfectly complemented the wedding’s soft color palette. Centerpieces featured an abundance of fresh florals, along with taper candles that cast a soft glow as the evening progressed. Above the tables were floating floral installations, adding dimension and romance to the space.
One of the standout design elements was the custom lighting. Griffin & Griffin illuminated the tent with glowing blue drum shades that provided both functionality and beauty. The shades were strategically hung throughout the space, including in a row above the baby blue cocktail bar, creating a cohesive, polished look that tied the entire reception design together.
To close out the night, the celebration ended with a breathtaking fireworks display—a fitting finale to a day that was filled with love, joy, and meaningful moments.
