Timeless Elegance at Squam Lake Wedding

We’re excited to share this Squam Lake wedding and all its timeless elegance here on the blog! Together with Nancy Harris Events and Julie Skarratt Photography, a beautifully designed celebration for Kristina and Lee was captured to perfection as you’ll see in the details below. 

Kristina and Lee were married before 150 guests on Chocorua Island. The bride wore a gown by Monique Lhuillier and carried an all-white bouquet by Winston Flower Events that complemented the beauty of  Squam Lake that surrounded the day.  After the ceremony, a reception was held at the Bald Peak Colony Club, where the couple shared their first dance to “Beyond” by Leon Bridges.

We were honored to be a part of this magical day and provided beautiful lighting throughout the tenting and reception design. The tent by Peak Event Services featured cozy lounge vignettes in shades of white and tan that really made the greenery pop. Each vignette also featured a beautiful floral arrangement that kept in theme of the ceremony. Surrounding the tent was more seating for guests to enjoy throughout the evening. Some featured beautiful linens from BBJ La Tavola and some were more casual, but together,  timeless elegance was all around.

Our favorite part had to be the greenery chandeliers that were suspended on the interior of the tent right above the dance floor. It gave this Squam Lake wedding evening a nice glow and an extra wow factor. Guests seem to love it too as they partied on to the Wilson Stevens Band and Orfeas Greek Band.

The evening ended with a stunning fireworks display and a sparkler send off and the newlyweds departed for their honeymoon in Stowe, Vermont. Congratulations again to Kristina and Lee and thank you so much for letting us be a part of your special day!
