Marianmade Farm Wedding in Shades of Blue

Scott and Julie’s Marianmade Farm wedding was originally planned for August of 2020, but wanting to celebrate in big style, the couple opted for June of 2021 and their day could not have turned out more beautifully! See below for more details and all the memorable moments of the day captured by Kate Crabtree Photography!

Marianmade Farm, which is a functional flower and lavender farm in addition to being a spectacular wedding venue, sits on the shores of the Sheepscot River, offering incredible views for outdoor events. Julie and Scott said “I do” beneath the venue’s wooden ceremony arch with a view of the river in the background. Lani Toscano Designs decked out the arch in gorgeous greenery and white and blue florals which perfectly complemented the wedding party’s blue suits and lighter blue bridesmaid dresses. The newlyweds were visibly beaming as they walked down the aisle as husband and wife!

The reception party was set beneath a clear-top tent, allowing guests to take in the gorgeous decor as well as the outdoor scenery surrounding the tent. Many decor elements brought into the tent made guests feel as if they were one with the surrounding nature, including wooden elements like rustic tables and cross-back chairs, and the bountiful florals and leafy greenery. The blue theme carried over from the ceremony and into the reception by way of loosely gathered linen runners on the tabletop, colored goblets, and blue taper candles. Low floral centerpieces added romantic touches throughout the various tabletops, boasting beautiful white florals with perfect pops of blue and periwinkle hues. Our bespoke lighting designs above some of the tabletops were the finishing touch on the ambiance of the tent, with a suspended installation above long rectangular tables that had low-hanging Edison bulbs and glass terrariums with tea candles inside. Lights were also strung across the top of the clear tent so that as the sun began to set, the whole reception came to life with a warm golden glow!

Julie and Scott, what a joy to be part of your fairytale Marianmade Farm wedding!
