Ethereal Wedding Inspiration Featured on Perfete
When we were asked to join the creative team bringing an ethereal wedding inspiration shoot to life at The Greenery at McKenzie’s Farm, we could not be more thrilled! With many weddings and celebrations postponed and pushed into 2021 and beyond, the opportunity to create something inspiring and magical could not have come at a better time. We could all use a project that keeps our creative juices flowing and also just feels good to do! It’s even better when that labor of love is shared with the world so we are so excited to see this shoot featured on Perfete!

Set in the heart of New Hampshire, The Greenery at McKenzie’s Farm provided a stunning backdrop to the ethereal wedding shoot. With it’s surrounding orchards and indoor reception hall, the chic and modern venue allows you to draw inspiration from its beauty while creating your own ambiance through unique design and decor choices. We absolutely loved the color palette Brilliant Event Planning had in mind for the shoot and The Wild Dahlia knocked it out of the park with the loose textures and rich neutral tones!
“Inspired by the farm and the venue itself, my goal was to create something modern and organic, yet ethereal and elegant. I brought in a lot of earthy tones, natural fibers, and texture, but tempered that with crystal glassware, clean lines, and softer floral shapes. Our couples at Brilliant are diverse and multifaceted. We draw our inspiration from their love stories, resulting in weddings that, though beautiful, reflect our couples’ personalities and don’t tend to be traditional.”- Sarah Glick of Brilliant Event Planning as quoted by Perfete
An intimate ceremony space was created on a small patio space just outside the entrance to The Greenery’s main structure. Two floral pillars filled with loose romantic textures framed the scene as our bride models took their places to exchange vows. Both brides wore beautiful floor-length gowns and carried distinctively different bouquets, one all white and the other in golden neutral tones.
The design then moved inside and revealed a spectacular reception table set beneath a collection of our woven boho fixtures that were hung at varying heights down the length of the rectangular table. Rich earthy tones, lush textured florals, soft linens, and elegant accents were combined in the most beautiful way on the tabletop.
